Construction:
Hull and Superstructure are hand laid-up, molded fiberglass.
The hull is solid fiberglass at about 1/2" on the sides and about 7/8" thick on the bottom. A vinylester resin is used on the outer layers. There is some extra support built into the hull between the WL and rubstrake every 12.” Reinforcement consists of a molded FRP grid bonded throughout the hull bottom.
